Child Membership

For patients who are 12 years old or younger, our child membership is a good option. The child membership is $29 per month plus a $99 lifetime activation fee and includes 2 professional dental cleanings per year, 1 to 2 doctor exams per year, x-rays if necessary, one emergency exam per year if needed, a fluoride treatment, and 15% off almost every dental treatment.

Perio Membership

Our perio membership is right for patients with periodontal disease. The cost is $52 per month plus a $99 lifetime activation fee and includes 3 to 4 perio maintenance cleanings, 1 to 2 doctor exams per year, any necessary x-rays, one emergency exam per year if needed, and 15% off most dental treatments.
