There is an adult membership plan that is for patients 13 years and older. It has a $99 activation fee that is a lifetime fee, and is only $34 a month. This plan comes with 2 professional dental cleanings per year, 1 to 2 doctor exams per year, and x-rays as well as a discount on the majority of dental treatments. The next plan is a child membership plan that is for children 12 years or under, and is $29 a month along with the $99 lifetime activation fee.
This too has 2 dental cleanings per year, 1 to 2 exams, x-rays, an emergency exam, a fluoride treatment, and a discount on most dental treatments. The third membership option is the Perio Membership which is again a $99 activation fee and a $52 monthly fee. This plan is meant for patients with periodontal disease. This plan also includes 1 to 2 doctor exams per year, 3 to 4 perio maintenance cleaning, x-rays, and one emergency exam as well as a discount on most dental treatments.
